Where do you deliver?

Generally speaking all of our ornaments, tools, pest control, raised beds etc can be delivered anywhere in the UK or Ireland. Plants are only available for delivery to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Very large and heavy items such as fencing and topsoil are restricted to Northern Ireland. If in doubt check the items detail pages as this will detail any restrictions.

When will my order arrive?

Our delivery estimates are detailed on each items description, please bear in mind that these are estimates, but we will contact you if there is going to be a delay in delivery.

Is it safe to order online?

We use industry standard 128 bit  Secure Sockets Layer encryption. You will see a padlock on the bottom right hand of your browser and https//… when entering your login information or credit card details. This means your details are secure. All credit card and debit card transaction are processed by our partner PayPal. PayPal is a world leader in these transactions and guarantee your safety. Growgarden does NOT store any credit card information or numbers.

When do you charge my card?

We only charge your credit/debit card or PayPal account when your order is in the process of being shipped. This is normally on the day of shipment or the day before.

You don’t have what I’m looking for?

You can always email us at suggestions@growgarden.co.uk and we will do our best to source your requirement.

Can I view the plants in person?

We do not have a facility where you can view plants in person. By only operating online we are unable to keep our prices lower and therefore benifet you the customer. If you are worried that you will not like the plant when it arrives, then please be assured that we have an easy returns policy which will allow you to return the plant for a full refund.

Do you offer a credit account for trade?

We currently do not offer credit account, but trade customers are welcome.
