DeliveryWe are based in Northern Ireland and thus specialise in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland deliveries. We do however deliver smaller items such as tools and ornaments to the UK mainland. (Please note that we do not currently deliver plants and trees or other large and heavy items to the UK mainland) Order Tracking You may track your order through the “Your Account” section of our website, this will provide details of the current order state. As stated above we do not charge your credit card until we’re ready to deliver your order. Returns At Growgarden we take great care in ensuring that all goods delivered are of the highest quality, all goods and plants are inspected before leaving our base to ensure they are of the highest quality. We also use selected courier services to ensure that goods are not damaged in transit. However if there is a problem we will do our best to solve it. We offer a no quibble return on all plants. So if when you receive a plant it looks like it’s in bad condition then please contact us immediately. Please be aware that plants may look different depending on the time of year, so for instance if you purchase a deciduous shrub in mid winter it may look pretty bare! This does not reflect the quality of the plant, just the fact that it is not in season. Once we have established that this is not the cause and provided that you have contacted us within seven days we will be more than happy to arrange a replacement to be sent or offer you a refund. We of course also adhere to the distance selling regulations Incorrect Goods If we have sent you incorrect goods or something you hadn’t ordered and which was not a substitute, then please contact us as soon as possible. We will either instruct you to return the item within 28 days or make it available for collection. You will of course receive a full refund if you were charged for the item. Damaged in Transit On the rare occasion that something is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible, quoting your order number. We will instruct you to return the item in 28 days or make it available for collection; you will be given the choice of a replacement or a refund. Damaged or Defective Goods Products If you receive any item which is defective please contact us quoting your order number or return it within 28 days. We will arrange a refund or replacement. Alternatively if the item is covered by a manufacture’s warranty you may liaise with the manufacture for them to repair or replace the defective item. Order Cancellation You have the right to cancel your order and return anything you are not happy with within seven days of receiving it for a full refund, provided that you have not used the goods and then decided you don’t like. For instance don’t be cutting the lawn with the new lawnmower and then deciding you don’t like it! You must inform us in writing of any cancellation; this is best done by contacting us via email customerservice@growgarden.co.uk and including the order number for the order which you are cancelling. Please note that you will be charged the cost of returning the goods to us, but not the cost of the original postage. Until the goods are returned to us, it is your responsibility to care for them and ensure they are returned in good condition. |
